I have to know should i restore the Super Soaker XP65.
Or should i just buy a new one. Like the Arctic Blast
If i should use the old XP how can i make or get a replacement reservoir.

What's wrong with your water gun? It's hard to tell based on just a picture.

If the bottle reservoir cracked, you may be able to get a replacement one from Hasbro. Go to their website and look for "replacement parts" in the customer service area. You should be able to select an order form for replacement Super Soaker parts, and the bottle may be on it.

If you are in the US fortunately Hasbro still sells the XP 65 water bottle (which I assume is its reservoir) through its replacement part order form here.

Although it's hardly a very powerful XP, I'd say it's probably worth repairing for $2. :)
