Super Soaker Central

It's not too big a deal, but I changed the logo link in the forums to go to the forums main page rather than the Super Soaker Central main page. I figure most forum-goers would prefer going to former, not the latter.

I did suggest that it be a link to the forums main page when that feature was first "installed". Good job
