Is this a serious question? I wouldn't get either. The Watch Phone is really expensive, and if you're not already used to wearing a heavy watch it'll probably feel weird. As far as I know all N Gage models are really old, and they were never that good to begin with.

The watch phone is $600, and all of the N-gages were bad at playing games and even worse at being a phone. To quote Decline of Video Gaming "It looks like a phone that swallowed a gameboy! You mean, I can use it as a phone?"

Ya the droid looks cool! I would get that if I already didn't have an iPhone.

What carrier? I'd get like an NV-Touch or NV-3 better. And they're way cheaper than these others on your poll.

Steer clear of any knock off products, they generally have extremely bad interfaces, and none of the apps that you were expecting.

What you need to do is check out what operating system it runs. That will mainly determine the interface and so on.
It's true that something obviously copying a market leader (eg the iPhone) is likely to be inferior to something that's distinctly different. A Blackberry is very different to an iPhone, but is probably better than something that is trying to copy the iPhone.
