How do you post images?

The help for posting Images made no sense to me... Would anyone be able to explain how to post pictures clearer to me...??

Have you read both the thread about posting images and the forum FAQ about using attachments? Either should explain how to post images very adequately. If you're confused about anything in particular let us know.
