I have a kick @ss system on my computer. There is no media player big enough to hold my 70 gig collection. I have a decent Pc sweet speakers (1800 watt sound system) and a cd player... the closed sized system they have for my collection is about... a laptop with an external HD.
You can get more with a kind word and a gun than just a kind word.
