There were a few parts of the valves that looked like they couldve been the check valve. Its not like the pics on the article, where Doom used a 2700 and the valve was easy to spot. Im pretty sure my friend and I cut the right section, we'll find out later today, when the k-mod is finished.

Well, even if you didn't you could be the first ones to replace part of a soaker with homemade versions! In this case a homemade pump assembly. It should work as good as the SS version, just larger.

Pepper K modded a 1200, it's like a 2100 I guess. How did you get the 2100 open? No one has been able to do that.

Take a few pics if you did it right, I could use them in the article.

It actually wasnt that hard to get it open, a few of the screws wouldn't come out, so we just pulled it slightly open and took out the internals. I took a few pics and they are pretty good. Ill send them when I have a chance, im going to Gettysburg today so I can't send them until maybe Sunday.

I'm doing mine on a 1200. It's like it doesn't want to be moded. When I looked in at my first K-mod to increase the ablloon count. It had sheded half of the balloons.

Umm, proper grammer would be appreciated. I think I got what you were saying. You should probably try some 12" balloons, that might work to keep them on.

what do you think I am? made of money? growin' money trees? If I accidentaly buy 9" I don't give a dang how many blisters I get, I'm saving myself $5 bucks!

Sorry about previous grammer.

I'm not made of money either! Balloons are cheap, as cheap as Racer's where I live. You must have some crazy balloon tax or something in your area. :Hey, that's funny.: When I bought balloons, I bought well over 200 of them. I then experimented with them to find which size I thought would do better. The 9" were too small for my 2700's PC, so I used the 12". I always print out articles I'm going to read anyway. Why do you think there are printer friendly pages? ;)

For us to print?
Yeah, there must be a balloon tax, cus here 15 12" balloons cost $1.99!
Thats outragous. I only have $5 that I'm not going to use for hopefully purchasing that 1500. In which case I couldn't of even bout 45! Stupid balloon taxes

In my area, a bag of 75 12" balloons retails for only $3.99!
