K-mod!

there is a problem with unscrewing it. The hardware store I went to didn't have any metric screws, so I bought a half inch. When I got home, it was just a little to big. Instead I did this: I took a screw with a head a little bigger than the hole. Filled the hole just the little ways with hot glue, and quickely put the screw in. I did this so the screw would be more stable. Then, on the rim of the hole, and the bottome of the screw I put epoxy to seal it. I guess screwing it might still work. I just need a way to get ahold of it, and yank it out.

Hot glue is not for pressure. If you didn't want to use the screw, you could have put a small circle of paper in there and epoxied over the whole thing. I'll add that to the article later. I really don't know what you could do, it may not work because the hot glue went through the hole and screwed it up. I can't help much with that, you might want to make a new pump system if you screwed it up.

I got an idea. It pretty much redoing the check valve freeze.

Ok first, I drill a hoole into the top of the "T"
Using whatever is nesicary, I will cut, saw, sand, pry, and poke my way so that there is a clear pathway to the PC. Then I take a sXPBackfire-esque of plastic, a little bigger than the hole I drilled, but it on top of the hole, and seal it using epoxy.

We couldnt find a big enough screw when we did my k-mod. Therefore, we instead cut a piece of plastic and used a glue similar to epoxy to keep it attached.

Actually I would have used a screw, but cut off most of it so it could be screwed in securely, but wouldnt block airflow.

I tried to cut mine, but it was impossible. I spent like 5 min. and didn't get any farther than getting the black paint off! (It had black paint obviously :Hey, that's funny.

Use a different tool! there is something out there that specifically cuts nails/screws. Ive used one before but can't remember what its called. A regular saw or the such isnt going to do much.

easiest solution: Im going to make a homemade similar to a CPS, and im not making a check valve! Hey, that's funny. ^_^

It would be harder to ut a release valve in. You ould have to somehow set it to the maximum PSU you want. I don't think anyone has ever put one in a homemade. Hey doom, there is another record you should break.

I am going to attempt an ultimate homemade-using CPS technology,but from scratch. Custom cut and stuff for as much power as I can safely put in. [If this is the dumbest thing youve ever heard, tell me now]

Well a lot of homemades arent that powerful and the such. Neither are many soakers. So if a CPS homemade could be built, the builder could choose how much power could be added.

I just built one. I need to epoxy the leaks, and add some more innertubing to the PC. So far I only have one tire's worth of tubing.
