Yeah, oops, I made a mistake there.
Balloons look neat but they probably wouldn't be a very good substitute for LRT.
Not ideal, but viable if LRT is hard to get hold of, such as in most countries other than the USA I think.

This is fantastic! This makes the Hydroblitz a feasible weapon.
The Blood Dragons are looking to buy a couple of these specifically to mod.

So you are going to buy them off Amazon or Ebay.

Remember, they don't have them in Australia.

@mars, why don't they sell them in au?

that mod is awesome, as storm siad this might make a hydyoblitz a useful weapon. the only problem i can see is the stupid pump, but theres not to much you can do about that.

Since the colossus mod was a bit hard to achieve (added only one layer of bike tubing) I decided to try other mods for now.

Fill gauge on the main PC - done

This mod was pretty straightforward. The point is to be able to see the bladder from the outside, so I just had to cut a slit in the PC casing at the right position and in the gun's casing as well. And then I sealed the holes with tape and transparent plastic form soda bottles to make it waterproof and to prevent any damage to the bladder. I just added a strip of red tape over the bladder endcap for a more precise information. That's it!

Simple and effective! Maybe I'll try similar with my Arctic Blast.

I'm impressed again. This is the type of thing that everybody speculate about, while few people actually do. And you've gotten a nice, clean result. Good job! :)

Do you mind if we eventually upload these mods to the website? As Ben may have mentioned before, there's a good deal of interest in modding water guns that are currently on the market.

Another top notch modification. Makes me want to get a Hydroblitz... but my expensive projects say otherwise, for the moment at least

I'd love to add these to the site to so if you wouldn't mind, it'd help a lot of people. While I haven't been asked specifically about Hydroblitz modifications I'm sure it's something people want to see.
