Glue isnt the biggest issue. Infact, you could pobably get by with super glue if you do it right. (Use epoxy anyways).
This only works if you a have a screw cutter, a dremel an RTX or other roatery tool.
If you are using a totary tool, choose a blade good for cutting metal, and cut the the length of the screw, only a few threads from the head.
This gives you a small amount of a solid in the hole, and a peice to cap it off. Glued on with epoxy, nothings getting through.

Thats how I did my 2100. Work buitifully. If you use a screw though, you can't use PVC cement, since it won't bond with metal.Originally posted by BlueSmudge@Oct 13 2004, 12:15 AM

How much money?
No more than $8. Its expensive glue, but what can you do. It lasts a long time.

Made another 21000, so now I have 3 [2 work]. I put 80 balloons on it, it seems that 21k's preform better at 80 than 70 and better at 80 than 90, and anything higher isn't worth it. I now only have one reason to go to 80, and that is not for the balloon count but rather so I can pump it all the way to full without the fear of breaking something. Anyway this newest 21000 comes about 5ft. short of my other 2, but has the same shot time and shots per tank. Now all it needs is a paintjob. B)
