I just finished K-modding my 2100 (check valve freeze, 60 baloons,valve reinforcement) and the range in HUGE! With three pumps it got 70-75 feet!(25 meters). I highly recamend this mod! The hardest part for me was getting the epoxy off my hands . I think it is also Mk1. Post back with your 21K experences!

hmmm.....70+ feet?...with my k mod which has bout 60 I get 50 something tops...do you think valve renforcement really adds feet?

70 feet is a very long way to say the least! Congratulations! What's the distance when held level? Any pictures of it firing? Or while you're about it, videos?

Did you measure that range? I highly doubt that 70+ ft is possible with a 60 balloon k-mod, even if it is an mk1 21000. My 2 21k's were 68 and 69 balloons with 50-58ft range on 5 pumps, the first had better range, but it was mk1 [might have been mk2, I've forgotten] and the second was mk3. Still, if you insist it was 70 feet, then get some pics up soon!
I also don't think reinforcement would boost range, as you don't even need to reinforce anything on the 2100.

Most likely if its got that range-does it have a very pronounced ridge running down the back of the reservoir? If it does, then its either mk1 or mk2, I think screw placement and the internals differentiate between mk1 and mk2. It is easy to identify an mk3 2100, the ridge at the back is very slight. If you have an mk3, Don't bother k-modding it-get an mk1 which will give you more power and range.

wow! I too would like to see some videos of that sucker shooting! does it have recoil when you shoot it? that would be the best!

I k-modded my 2100 with only 20 balloons. The cps bladder kept slipping off of the trigger valve, so I kinda gave up. Any suggestions?

That is beyond impossible. There is no way it could go that far with only 60 balloons and only 3 pumps. All my homemades are more powerful than a hose and they don't go that far. I'd suggest using a measuring tape, not using glycerin and measuring only when there is no wind and on a dry surface such as a road. I always do, and my homemade which must have a CPS chamber a few mms thicker than any K modded gun only get 63 feet max range at the last drop. I strive for accuracy in my measurements, and that is why I use the last large puddle thing, because that is the effective range. It is impossible for only a 60 balloon K mod to do that, but if you insist. I'd still like to see some good evidence like pictures or a remeasurement.

I agree with Doom, that just doesn't sound possible. You're saying you can outrange a CPS2000 MK1 with only 3 pumps? not likely. Post a picture and I might believe you.

Let's just say that I pumped it 15 times and gave it to my little brother and he dropped it.

It shoots 66 feet on the dot. A pick will be poasted later.

I did a 60 balloon K modded and valve freezed my 12000, it now gets 55-58 feet with 5-10 pumps.

You don't have to reinforce the internals on the 2100, so don't waste the epoxy.

When shot, the 21k was such a high velocity that by the time the stream is at 50 feet, the entire stream is turned into a thousand balls of water. The velocity is HIGHER than a 2000 Mk1 so it FEELS a mini CPS 2000!

I don't know what MK I have.

I tried twisting the cap, no luck .MY nozzle seems to be stuck withte casing, while the back of the resoivior has a 3-4 mm ridge sticking out from the back. It's very clear. Is this possibly an MK4?
