I said It's getting better, because the guns themselves look great, I mean look at the grey and blue MD 6000, it looks great, but looks can be decieving, and I still Don't know how they have improved the firing system......Will the spring and chamber go wrong like it did to my old MD 6000, or will it be fine? :cool2:

The 2003 Max-D line is ok. It could be better. I'm not going to buy any soakers this year, though. I'm going to make 2 homemades: One big, powerful one, and one small, CPS pistol. Those are the only guns I'm going to... err... aquire.

Unfortunately it's going to be the staple of the SS line for a while. Look at how much effort went into the CPS line compared to the EES's. We're going to need ( A ) a max-D 10,000 With a large reservoir and large size, or ( B ) more CPS's.

As I see it, Max Ds won't fire unless you pull the trigger all the way........and an XP will shoot with the trigger a quarter of the way (although the water just trickles a bit)....since the Max D has better range of about 6-7 feet over the XP, could the Max D trigger system work on a CPS?

CPS I believe have much larger triggers. So maybe in a larger version of the trigger.
