If that's so, then BBT had no reason to kill off CPS... Unless the lawsuit left them in a financial situation so badly that they had to take off the Vindicators/Vanquishers. However, no one even knows if those 2 blasters are still around or whether they'll be available next year.

Right, but the only thing we can do is to wait and hope the best :)

Fortunately I already bought and received a vindicator and a vanquisher from Ebay :) I was just in time...pheeewwww :D

Hmm. It looks like there is a 4th one of these. Look at the renegade's box: there is a smaller green blaster on it.

They also all appear to have the same connectors, unlike BBT's nerf version.
Pessimist: These blasters hold no water
Optimist: But their small output means they last just as long
Marketing: Huge blasts of water!
user: I shot it at an angle and it went a whole ten feet!

The top image from this blog

has enough detail to reveal that all blasters have rotating pump grips, so they're easier to pump when stacked up.

Indeed, as you say soakernerd there are definitely FOUR blasters - Explorer, Renegade, Outlaw, and the smallest. I suspect the very small one will be PR.

So we know the name of the smallest of the range, and that it's (unsurprisingly) PR. The appendages needed for the "Ultimate" system are I feel detrimental to a compact blaster like the Bandit, which (IMHO, with assassins type games in mind) wants to slip easily into a pocket.

Things are looking good now! Hasbro made a decent gun, and apparently they didn't get sued from the CPS patent! Maybe they'll even have an ultimate Vindicator! :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D

This could be the best lineup in years!

OMG look at the Vanquisher! They fixed the "not enought nozzle selections" problem!

I thought the equalizer was the equivalent of the Vindicator? Oh well, my bad. I'm pretty sure the Ultimate Vindicator would be target exclusive though.

I'll bet a fiver we won't see the Ultimate Vanquisher in UK stores, just as we didn't see the original Vanquisher. Last year the best we seemed to have was the Expedition (renamed Blazer).

Oh wow. I'd better save up this year or at least direct some friends to the Goods. The connectivity may just end up being a cute addition to the Ultimate line as well. Well played from both sides this year.

I wonder if the Vindicator has also been invited to the Ultimate family. Just out of curiosity. We'll have to see. And of course, we don't know the extent of which Hasbro will re-release non-Nerf blasters.

Great to see an Ultimate Vanquisher! However, I'm a little worried since, like the Ultimate Explorer, it says Air Pressure on the box. Needs testing, of course, and it is possible even if it is air that it performs well, but time and testing are needed.
