Super Soaker Central

I'm preety much shooting myself here, but I was ignorant when I said that all 2004 Super Soakers suck. I don't like the new logo though.javascript:emoticon(' &#39

Yeah. It is good. I just took a trip to my local Wallgreens to get my cat's meds. I bout the Vaporizer. Just couldn't help myself. Only $6.99. And I've seen it for cheaper.
Anywayz, I take it home. Fill it up using that new fast fill feature, cool cuz you can fast fill at a hose, or regular screw off with a water bottle.
I take it outside, expecting nothing. Bull back the pump, and Wam! A blast of high powered water shooting like 35 feet! I'm guessing it's like a 1.5X
I would never take it as a main blaster, but it would be a kick butt back-up. The tank is only 35 oz. but it last like 20 pumps. plus, if you are strong enough, you get no dribble, at the beginning or end of the shot.
The construction is good. Exreemly sturdy, and the pump has a nice liquidy feel to it. The only bad thing is the pump size. I wish it was like, an inch bigger, then I could pump it fast. Anywaz, good allaround gun, just don't use as a main weapon, or go against a large CPS. You should match any XP.javascript:emoticon(':Hey, that's funny.:&#39

The Vaporizer is pretty good actually, I liked it, I still modded it. It's great for it's size and price, but it's no ZX-1000, it could be better.

What did you do to mod it? Maybe drill a biger nozzle. That might be awesome... :huh:

the vaporizer is really cheap were I live. $4.99

I doubt it has the power to handle an nozzle any larger very well.

What I did is in this topic. It pretty much turned it into a completely different gun.

according to wut austin said, it could probably take like 3x or something. ANYTHING BETTR! 1.5x doesn't soak anyone. maybe a mouse, but thats it. I mean, come oN!

besides the off topic XPBackfire-esque, I really bought this for my team, if someone doesn't have a soaker at my big war.
You can't beat the price, or the quality.

HOW CAN ANYONE TAKE THIS XPBackfire-esque FROM SUPER SOAKER?! they should be making the old cps soakers that were hella tight. 1000, 1200, 1500, 1700, 2000, 2500, 2100, 3000, 3200, 4100, and the monsters. cut the max-d XPBackfire-esque, put in the xps, I guess, but forget that weak-nozzle-awesome-look XPBackfire-esque. if it can't take bigger than 1x, its a WEAK soaker. and regular people hate those.

by quality, I meat the quality for the price, get some meds. or maybe a glass of water. I'm still pro Cps, totally. Even though im stuck on this SC hipe I can't get off of. I have a SC power pac (broken) Big trouble (check out my mod) Splashzooka (awesome gun) and I just got an SC 400 (sucks worse than Vaporizer, cept the nozzle, it's good)

You DO KNOW that Max-D is XP with a new trigger system. Im Pro Max-D. The EESs, they were XPBackfire-esquepy... But with some modding im working on... hehehe. But this years lineup is pretty much XPBackfire-esque, cept for the 3A and the Helix.

are you text-blind? the Vaporizer, and the triple agresors are the best of 2004. I bet you Don't own any. Your just saying your jiberish from reviews. Well read mine!

You REALLY Don't wanna get ****y with me. I do own them, and I have made reviews on them. Did you ever see who wrote all the soakertag reviews currently on the site(Doom still has to add the few I just sent him)? I suggest you cool off.

As far as the Vaporizer goes, it seems to be a Secret strike minus secret strike button/function and with a differently placed pump. I would expect relatively the same performance. Which is pretty good.

You should get the Total X-Stream 660. It can take on a small CPS.




As for whats XPBackfire-esque or not, it depnds on the users. Its all a matter of taste. Personaly, I don't like any soaker with a nozzle under 3X, and I don't use any soaker with a nozzle under 10X. If I think about it, I don't use a soaker with a nozzle under 20X.

As for the quality of a soaker, one has to compare it in a bigger picture point of view. I consider the Max-D and SoakerTag as inferior lines. The triple Aggressor and Max-D 6000 are inferior to the XP150, XP250, XXP275 and SS300/XP300. Not to mention any CPS from CPS1000 on.
