Well me and some friends just started a squad...
I was wondering what soakers are good for a scout...because thats my position and I was thinking about the secret strike? or some Max-d

My armory has:

My team's armory has:
1x XP 150 - Stock from 1993
2x Max-D Secret Strike - Stock
3x CPS 2100 - Stock
1x Monster X - Stock
2x H2O Load n' Shoot - Stock
1x WW Hornet - Stock
1x Storm Lightning Force 1 - Frozen CV
1x SS Splashfire
We also have a few more gun that are broken which are:
Max-D 5000 (when you pump, it shoots)
XP 250 (broken trigger and it leaks everywhere)
Storm Monsoon Force 4
SC 400 (broken pump and no QFD "O" ring)
SS 50 (bad seal where the reservoir meets the gun)

My scout uses an ARM 4000, its one of the best weapons for a scout that I've seen. a CPS 1000 would also bee a good option, or any XP gun besides the backpack ones.

Yes a Max-D gun will do perfect for the job. Light, small, but has the best range for an air pressure gun. I would choose a Max-D Secret Strike or 5000 because they are the perfect size. The Max-D Secret Strike is better, I think, because it has the added PC for the Secret Strike fan burst. This can come in handy sometimes. I'm going to get a twin pack of them for backups very soon.

I have an updated arsenal list for the Crescent Forest Militia. Nibor and I just went out to SA and got 5 more 2100's! CPS 2100's are now our standard issue guns.

Commander Gaunt, don't shotgun mod an XP310, drill a hole 3mm wide into Nozzle 2 (which is the least-used nozzle). As powerful as the shotgun mod, but has a longer range since it's more controled. Also, you can keep the 3 other normal nozzles as well as it looking like a standard 310... Until you pull the trigger!
My Armoury - Full Version (the stuff not in my signature)
1 Max-D 6000
1 XP310 (modded as described above)(shattered reservoir, might backpack mod it)
1 Replica CPS1500 (I knew it was fake with a pressurised reservoir, but it's pretty powerful anyway, and I needed a sidearm)
2 Piston-Pistols as backup (Fragile, but pretty good range... about 8 metres)
(I'm always in and out of XP skirmishes...
)

The only CPS 2000 I've seen on ebay that is over 200 dollars is a brand new one. Used ones cost about 100.

A MK1 in decent condition would just be ridiculously expensive. And hard to find. Let me know if you manage that!
