Super shooter 6200
I've been looking at this water gun the super shooter 6200 in my local toystore it seems to be the largest of the super shooter guns. But whats most curious about it is that it has quite a large nozzle on it which leads me to believe that it might be cps based. Could we have another super shooter 2000 on our hands? I hope so as there quite cheap where I'm living. I think I might get one and do some tests.
Has anybody else seen this water gun around or own it or know what type of system it uses?

Do you have any pictures of it? It sounds like one of the Super Shooter ripoffs of Super Soakers that are sold on eBay, but I've never seen one in stores.

Yes he does mean Super Shooter, hence the reference to the Super Shooter 2000, the famous CPS 1000 copy that performed if anything better than the real deal.
A big nozzle is no guarantee of power - there's nothing really stopping a fakes maker from giving a gun a nozzle it can't properly feed. Also it could be a 'dummy', with a smaller opening further back down the tube.
Slightly related - I ordered the Devastator ripoff that is on UK Amazon. Hopefully I'll get it soon; the likeness to the real gun is very close so with luck the internals might be also.

I haven't heard about the super shooter 2000 . Was it really as good as the real thing?

If it looks good and is cheap definitely buy it coolocat.
AquaNexus has some more information about the Super Shooter CPS 2000. From what I know it's not a clone of the CPS 1000, rather, a CPS 1000 with a different sticker on it. It apparently is nearly exactly the same as a CPS 1000. I'd be interested in learning more of the history behind this but no one's provided the name of any company that's made them.
Wetmonkey has one from what I know and I think I'll email him about any companies listed on the gun...

Re: Super shooter 6200
well I went down to the toystore again today and had a look at it but didn't buy it unfortunately because I saw a max-d 5000 twin pack half price for 10 euro (it must be old stock because it was the only one there) anyways I got a better look at it this time:
Its actually called the super shooter hh dream 8200 (what a crazy name lol) its has an orange body and green reservoir and a tracked pump. I think its looking more like a pressurized reservoir gun now. Sorry but still no pictures and I didn't find any information about it on the net) I would have got it today but the max-ds got in the way and I didn't have any money left . But I do plan to get it just to try it out.

The HH Dream water guns aren't very good from what I know. On eBay they always looked like a cheap rip-off brand. With that being said I have no first hand experience with them. Depending on the price it might be worth checking out.

Actually I have one of those super shooter cps 2000's and it became in a HH (Hua Hai) Dream box! I got it from Muksu-Massi in Rauma.
