I figure it like this:

Buzz Bee is constantly improving - if they improve at this rate, they'll match the CPS soakers in a few years. Their guns this year are reasonably impressive.

Super Soakers are on a downward spiral (well, actually, this year was a step up from last year's EES line - I thought I was going to cry when I saw those), so they'll be worse than BB's fairly soon, if they continue at this rate. But they're starting to show innovation and effectiveness again, so who knows what will happen?
My Armory

4 XP-210s
Secret Strike with drilled nozzle and increased range
XP 310 with shotgun nozzle and fan nozzle
Storm something-or-other pistol
Old "Power Soaker" - hey, it's made by Larami!

I miss my XP 75 classic... I don't miss my XP 85.

Need DOS help or looking for games? Dosgames.com is a great resource, and its forums are excellent, and, hey, I've been a mod there for years!

The Aqua Pak looks like a PowerPak almost (note the similarity in the names).

The pump on top of the backpack suggests this is an air pressure gun. It should have good power, but it won't be a CPS. Strange thing is, I thought last year they're have to make something really different to not break patent law with a CPS backpack...

I have the Aqua Pak and it has duel spherical CPS firing chamber gun with the firing chambers mounted in the backpack

Could you get a picture of the internals? I'd like to see that. ;)

I have an Aqua/Hydra Pak and it's hard to see the internals because it's inside the backpack. The only way to open it would be to tear it open.

I should be getting an Argon soon thanks to the competition I won on iSoaker. I can't wait to try it out. Seems like a good side arm.

Hopefully Buzz Bee Toys can really become good and challenge Hasbro and we will get good soakers again.

You have to cut the backpack apart to se the internals but you can see firing chambers through the fillcap.
