Ok, since I am leader (or commander) of my squad, here are some good weapons to use:
Any XP that's bigger than a MAX-D 3000, and the CPS 2100, 4100, monster 2001, and the CPS 1000. Try not to use anything bigger than a CPS 4100. Pumpless blasters are good too!

Your Looming Shade scan is looking kinda rough...
Anyways, almost every gun besides the gimmicky guns can be a "decent gun". Use whatever you got and get your hands on old stuff if you can!

As a commander weapon I would suggest the CPS 1500 and Monster X. Both are large enough to have a good water suply and power, yet are fairly good to move around.The Monster X is like a toned down, contemporary version of the CPS 2500. As for the CPS 1500, I bought one yesterday and I have to say it's like a little Royce Royce among soakers. It's a well rounded, not to small, not to big, powerful, smooth and scilent pumping soaker.

It's a Looming Shade from the Saga Block, most likely a poor scan because the colours are rough when it was zoomed in on the face and cropped. If you have no clue what I'm talking about, forget it.

Ummmm....ya, whatever. Anyways, it's actually pretty difficult being a commander since you have to schedule everything and train your troops and stuff.
