These always turn out to be fun, I remember the one at WWN, I didn't participate though.
Basically, the picture contest is a humor contest. You take an already made picture, and edit it so that it's got a water gun or water guns in it. Well known things tend to work better, but please, for the sake of everyone don't just submit edited Matrix pictures.
You can use the file attachement thing, just don't expect it to be on longer than an hour if it's a huge butt size image. The mods should be able to take it down if it's hogging SSC's space.
Pics used in previous image contents can be used, but I'd like to see some more creativity. This topic will be changed into a poll on September 1st and no more submissions will be taken.

The Weapon is a Soaker Shot and what used to be the "Brain" is now a CPS 2000.

<offtopic>If you want responsive, try my racing mods, but you have wait for the download new tank shape files which takes 20 mins. I play the mod with a steering wheel

I do not believe I've said this in this topic yet, but PLEASE, if you can, get an image host. Each time you upload an image you take up space for what could have been something else. I will turn off uploads if people keep using them for large images, they are meant for those who don't have image hosts or those who upload small documents. Please do no upload anything else. Get an image host such as
