it's rather easy,I just started a couple months back and only used it occasionally if that till now. I just started working on images for a site I'm making for the game project I started. Just go through a few tuts and you get the hang of it pretty quick

EDIT: I got bored so here is a few more I just whipped up quick ^_^

I like that racoon Mario one. I really wish they would make a new Super Mario 3 for a newer gaming system with new levels. Instead of this being a contest maybe we could request pictures for wall paper. We could still leave it as a contest too though.
