And it wouldn't get very good range. The pulsating sprinkler idea would get much better range than that.

Hm I have got another idea^^ May you know the Saturator water guns. They are electronical water guns which simulate an assoult rifle. They also provide a firing and stop firing mechanism. I am sure you could match this anyhow...
What do you think, would a CPS 2000 Mk2 have enough power to make a SHoot blast fill PC and even release the shoot ? If this work I know hwat I have to do...Please tell me your experiences, anybody having a saturator water gun? (IF you do not know this weapons, go to youtube.com and search for them)

Thanks

The saturator series is generally a ripoff, but they do have an interesting firing mechanism reminiscent of the 1980's "Real Gun" style water guns.

Don't the old guns pulsate because a moter goes back and forth to pump the water?

once again i believe it uses a paddle system to propel the water

I just remembered you can flip a thing on a pulsating sprinkler so that it stays in the same mode. Then it would have good range that doesn't change, and it will still pulsate.

Could you show me a picture of such a pulsating sprinkler? I do not know exactly what this looks like.

Thanks

v That little piece of wire I circled can be flipped up so it doesn't switch from regular mode to the mode where it quickly sprays everywhere (and vice versa).

By the way, there are models of this that don't have the spike.

aaaaa, now I understand. I have seen such things when I was in Burgas in bulgaria on my school end journey. They were used to sprinkle the garden.

Ok, nice, thanks. But I do not know how I could get this in Austria, may I have a look at local shops :) . Does anyone got such sprinklers at home? I would welcome to see the mechanic inside there. I am sure I could rebuild that but I need a picture or something like that.

Thanks marty, really helpful!

I bought a two pack of them. I'm not sure where they are now.

The saturators used two check valves and an electronic pump to get the neccessary flow. Check here for a diagram of electronic squirt guns.

Hm, ok, so I have to build up an electronic water gun, based on such prinzip...Thanks for all your help! I have not replied for some time, you are all great^^

But all in all I think, that only using such a pulsating sprinkler or rebulding a small PC with self-firing(such as SHootblast and Hydroblitz have) will lead to the effect I would like to get^^ But an electronical gun would be a good idea too, just a question of motor's power......
