i'll make this brief. how do you layer balloons for a pressure chamber

For a homemade water gun? Do the K-mod but secure the balloons to a hose barb.

It's a simple question with a complicated answer. From what I've heard it's not easy - getting the first few done is hard because they're so thin and flexible. Once some thickness of rubber is built up it gets easier.

Also, get some different size balloons. Start small for the inside, changing to larger balloons when they'll be a snug fit.

I think people have made quite good CPSes this way.
