I could go as low as 135 and shipping on the mint one.

Make me what you think is a reasonable offer and I will likely accept. It is faded in some areas but performs as new.

I'm still wondering what happened to the XP 70 I bought off you Cobralex. It's been over a year now since I paid for it, over a year since you promised you would send it "next week", and I still have not received any explanation from you.

I'm getting tired of repeating myself about this (on other forums as username Fox), but I have been ripped off by Cobralex. I've given up hope of receiving the gun a long time ago, and now can only hope that he doesn't do this to anyone else.

This is not legitimate, talk to the many people on this site and on iSoaker.com that have purchased soakers from me and received them happily. I have been a part of the community on this site and on iSoaker far too long to take this unnecessary trashing of my reputation. I did ship the soaker to you, this was over a year ago, I don't know if I can find the documentation as I'm not exactly in the type of business that keeps constant records... I just sell super soakers and electronics on ebay.

Check my Ebay feedback rating:
http://feedback.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.d ... llFeedback

Talk to other members of the community here and on other Super Soaker Community oriented sites to see how THEY feel about this. I have worked too long and hard to be trashed like this. If it'll cause you to feel better and take back these aggregious claims, please just send me a Paypal invoice for the amount that you allege me to not have made good on and I will pay you. Whatever amount it is will be less than the value that I place on my reputation.

Wow, this is the first time you've told me you'd actually shipped the gun. When did that happen? Last PM I got from you (many months ago) said something about how you would "attempt to explain what happened" to the gun, but you never did.

Also in the numerous PM's and emails that I sent you from both here and isoaker, I asked if you would just refund the money instead, multiple times. Never received any replies from you on that either.

I can easily understand why you would be upset that I 'trashed you' except for the fact that you NEVER gave me any explanation as to what happened to the gun since I paid for it 14 months ago. I repeat, you never told me it was shipped or what happened to it, and you ignored my offers of getting a refund.

If you had bought something over the internet, and had the seller suddenly ignore all of your messages after you paid for it, you would feel the same as I do.

I have sold many super soakers to people all over the community. There is absolutely no legitimate reason for me to desire to rip you off at all, let alone over something so small as a silly little Xp 70. Just name an amount of money that it will take to make you happy, this is so ridiculous. I need a legitimate reputation in order to be moderately successful clearing my collection. Please just tell me what it's gonna take. It's not right that I'm put in this position but what can I do? Just name a dollar amount.

I don't know what it's gonna take to show you that I'm not messing around, but let me know if you think of what it will take to end this nonsense.

I recieved my purchases from cobralex297. I've heard of no-one other than sbell25 who did not.

Most likely it was lost in shipping. sbell25, if you did not pay extra for registered/tracked shipping, then that is YOUR loss.

Thank you for your supporting words, Sbell. For me, after having spent literally years building up a decent and legitimate reputation, such harsh criticism in regard to something that happened such a long time ago really came as a sharp blow. Especially at a time when I really need the money.

Especially on a shipment going intercontinentally, frankly I am sure things do get lost. And to be hassled and slandered this much on a 20.00 purchase that occured almost a year ago, it really stinks.

Best wishes to both of you though, I really do not desire to offend anyone.

That is not the point. I was never told until just earlier today that the gun was actually shipped. I can understand a gun being lost in shipping, but I cannot understand why Cobralex completely ignored me right after I paid the money. Again, he NEVER told me it was shipped or what had happened to it!

I can see that this all would be hard to believe and plain stupid. Cobralex seemed like a nice enough guy with a good reputation, which is why I bought from him in the first place. I just don't get why I was ignored like that. I was polite about it for months, repeatedly asking whether the gun had been shipped, and was ignored. It's only after I've 'trash talked' in this thread that I've actually gotten a response.

Don't forget, I don't really stand to gain anything out of this. Cobralex seems to have a better reputation than me, so it only makes me look like the fool. All I really want is an explanation. Why was I ignored? I fully believe that he has shipped to everyone else, which makes this whole thing even more puzzling.

I am interested in purchasing the CPS 1000, and the CPS 1500. I am far more interested in the CPS 1000.

For both of them, are there any facts about the guns I should know?
Also, I live in Chicago, so I would like getting a shipping estimate

For the CPS 1000, I offer a negotiable $35.
For both the CPS 1500 and the CPS 1000 together, I offer $70 negotiable.

Let me know if this works for you, and if not, what we can do to make it work.

Thank you,
-Dan

Though your prices are fair, unfortunately these items are spoken for and are in the process of being shipped out to committed buyers. I have already received payment so there is no wiggle room or chance that I could help you. This being said, I am sure that if you browse craigslist or ebay there is at minimum a moderate chance you will be succesful with the 1500 at that price and a definitely high one with the 1000. I've bought many of these guns for less than these prices off of these sites.

Not a problem at all.

What about the CPS 1200? Is that still available, or was that sold to the Australian buyer earlier?
I am willing to offer $35 for that as well, also negotiable.

EDIT:
Are your XP-20's still for sale? I would buy 2 for $12 (if you find that reasonable).

I guess this is the only other way I can get in contact with cobralex besides email and PM's - I sent him US$325 (equal to AUD$500) of my hard earned money for a number of high-value soakers over a month ago and I haven't heard anything from him in over 2 weeks!. He kept promising that he would package the soakers and get me some USPS postage quotes but has not done anything as far as I know. I have sent him multiple PM's and emails well before his last post a couple of days ago.

I would not recommend doing any dealings with cobralex until the deal between us is completed. I honestly believe you have good intentions but this is all starting to look VERY suspicious Alex.

Stuff going overseas will take a long time. I had to wait more than a month for my purchases from him to reach me in the UK.
