Racer is selling some of his soakers!
Wow. It's been a long time since I've been here.
For those of you who remember me, hi. For those who don't, I was a sort-of old member here and moderator in the Off Topic > Gaming area, as well as contributing to the first RP a bit and submitting a few things to this site.
Unfortunately, I must part with some of my soakers as I need the money. It was a very tough decision for me, and I kept up these soakers (internally) as well as I could.
I have a small collection of water guns, some very rare. SOME ARE BROKEN! Those are labeled as being so. Most of the broken ones shouldn't take much to fix.
Payments are done via PayPal. PM me for details.
On to the listings! Prices are in USD $
WORKING:
CPS 3200: Scuffed, but working properly. Backpack stickers have been worn off. (Going on ebay soon)
Max-D 5000: Again, paint is scuffed off in some areas. Missing the orange front tip. Works perfectly. Trigger is somewhat hard to pull since the valve has been fixed with some rubber bands. $10
WW Glo-Blaster: This is the one from the first picture on the BBT site. (this one) Works fine, but the nozzle is a bit screwy. $5
BROKEN: BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK!
CPS 1500, 15 Balloon K-Mod, black/blue paint (pic):
This is the first SS gun I ever got. The trigger valve has been repaired many many times, but the rubber band fix usually works. THIS GUN IS MISSING ALMOST ALL THE OUTER CASE SCREWS. YOU WILL NEED NEW ONES. It has been painted using Krylon Fusion, and the tank has since been taped over with dark green duct tape as the paint was flaking off. However, it IS a 1500! $25 or best offer.
Flash Flood, 3 layer colossus mod, CV Freeze: Top trigger valve completely broke (frozen shut from sand stuck in it) and had to be removed. The bottom nozzle works perfect. Very powerful gun. $15
XXP 175: Works perfect and in great condition other than the fact that one of the tanks has the screw thread broken off. If you can figure out how to fix it, it's yours for $10. EDIT: The screw thread now just needs to be filed down and re-glued on.
WW Hornet: Check valve problem and has some sand in it. Take it for $3
SS 50: Great condition on the outside. On the inside, I think the check valve is dead. Yes, this is the first SS model. $5
Thanks for looking!
(EDIT: Max-D numbering confusion.)
(Edit 2: Pricing)

Wow, neat sale. Welcome back by the way. Bunch of new faces, but lower activity in general...and recent RP attempts have kinda run into the ground.
Just wondering, where do you ship from? These look like great deals, although I should warn you that these days Max-D 3000s (or are they the 2000s?) are available in 2-packs for $6-7, and Max-D 5000s are available in 2-packs for $15-20.

Welcome back! You probably knew me as Duxburian - the avatar should be familiar, as I haven't changed it in years.
I have an interest in the 15K, though obviously with some reservations. What has been wrong with the trigger valve that caused multiple repair attempts?

Hey Dux.
The gun appears to leak air. I am not sure where though. I am looking at it right now. The spring is not the problem, so don't mind that.
Oh and I also regret to inform you that it is apparently not PRVD'd (check valve frozen.) I can do that for you (no extra charge) however if you like.
EDIT #3: The leaking is coming from all around the sides of the trigger valve. I will use plumbers epoxy later today to try and fix it...
Good news on the XXP 175: I have gotten the screw thread out! It only needs to be re-glued on.

Hmm...you might as well take it to eBay, I guess. Apparently there's not much of a market here at the moment, quite surprising actually.
Try looking for replacement screws for the CPS 1500 - advertising a working water gun might help. Just take one of the good screws to Lowes or wherever, go to the hardware section, and stare in awe at the stock of screws. They have plates to measure and find the appropriate size.

i think he may have put it on ebay
I think he may have put it on ebay. He stated to me his intent to do so, however I am unsure of whether or not he has done so yet.
