Aquashock sneak attack

On my sneak attack(a piston pumper) sometimes when I pull out the pump handle, it jumps back about half an inch. Does anybody know what is going on?

It may be a backwards pump bounce. Does this only happen right after you fill up and/or when you are almost empty? If so, there is likely some air in the pump, and the check valve may be a little stiff.

It only happened right after filling.

This is not a broken qnything, just physics working against you.
