The same thing happened to mine. The spring is probably broken, leaving the ball valve stuck open. So you're going to have to open it up if you want to fix it. Be sure to take pictures so we can see what's wrong. It might not be the spring after all.

Good luck!

Thanks for the help but one of my screws are stripped and the rest are very tight any way to open stripped screws? I know can spray something like WD-40 in the rusted parts though.

You have to drill out stripped screws. It will destroy the hole that the screw goes into, but if the stripped screw isn't in an important spot, it will be okay. I think there's also some kind of tool for removing them, but I don't know what it is or where to get it.

There are gadgets that cut into the screw head to get a grip so it can be removed. That will destroy the screw though, and you're unlikely to be able to find a maximum replacement.

I don't know how small they go.

I don't think having one missing screw will affect your blaster. It will definitely still work.

If you're careful, drilling out a screw should only destroy the screw. Usually the hole is left intact and you can remove the remnants of the screw with pliers; just unscrew it.

Use the smallest drill bit you have. 1/16" should be good. When drilling, be careful not to hit the plastic (though if you do it may still work) and focus only on the screw head. When the drill gets deel enough, the head should be completely busted and fall out so it no longer holds the casing together. That's the main idea of doing this anyway; to simply remove the head so that it no longer grips the casing closed. After that you can remove the rest of the screw with pliers or even your fingers if it's not in too tightly. (Be careful though.)
