SS 100 repairs

hey, just looking for some advice here and to gripe a bit. I bought a broken SS100 from a forum member here, got it cheep but I knew I'd have to put some work into it. and how! I've gotten it mostly working and made a few mistakes along the way, cracking the casing and aggravating a minor fissure in the barrel tube into a major crack. But tthe problem now is that the gun seems to only randomly pump water into the PC. This is ok because I can pre-fill the PC since it screws off, but I'm still trying to figure out this pump issue. It doesn't seem to draw properly, it might be that theres no air going into the reservoir. When I tilt the gun up, like 45 degrees so the water is all in the bottom of the reservoir near the intake it draws better for the pump and I can see bubbles coming through the water, but thats the only way I can get it to go. Any ideas?

Fix the cracks with epoxy. Any leaks in the pipes may cause the pump to fail, particularly cracks that cause leaks between the second check valve, PC, and trigger. If the pump appears to be sealing, then it's probably fine. Sometimes, some leaks are difficult to find because they prevent the suction needed to draw water out and into the PC.

the pump chamber isnt cracked at all, I checked it all over. the barrel was cracked (the large white tube that the nozzle is on the end of) and I fixed that. The pump is sealing, but its just not putting out a lot of water. Distance is kind of sad too now.
