i am having trouble posting pics please help.
How are you having trouble?
There are two main ways to post pictures here. The first way is to upload an attachment from the posting page (it does not appear on the quick reply). The upload form is pretty straightforward. Just go down to the part of the reply page labeled "Attach Files" and click "Manage Attachments". You browse for the files and then upload them. After that you can close the attachment pop-up and finish your reply.
The second way is to use an image host as described in this thread.
