Only moderators can see the warn panel now. I did that because I didn't think it was doing any good, and this way the moderators can still ban (actually it's called "suspend" in the panel).

I've said before, it doesn't matter what it's on. Nothing happens when you get up to 100%. It actually even goes beyond 100%.

Yours is at 10% and says "A Two-letter post. R/O for one day."
