It sounds a bit like the Mr Potato Head sprinkler that Hasbro released a few years back.

-_- The load and shoot really doesn't shoot very far. And It's cartridges jam a lot. :) But it does minimize on refilling, and comes with a handy carrying case with two extra cartridges. My kid cousin has the tiki thing. IT just sprays huge amounts of water everywhere.And he said it talks and makes noises but I didn't hear anything. <_<

It's not exactly my job to tell you this, but your not supposed to post in topics that are over a few weeks old. ;) On topic: I've noticed that the Aquapack Devastator has been unavailable for about 2 weeks. :(
