I am going to put up a cps 1200 on ebay, and am wondering how much I should start it for.
I want to get at least $30 total out of this, including shipping.

Including shipping or plus shipping?
$30 shouldn't be a problem at this time of the year, a few days ago I saw a CPS 1700 go for $105.
I would say start it at around $5 (that 1700 started at 99cents)

I saw that one, but I also see another cps 1200 that is riding zero bids at 9.99 with less that a day left.

Wait until the last hour. I was the high bidder with a $5 bid for 2 days on that 1700, someone only decided to outbid me in the last half-hour.

Soakers almost always see an explosion like bid war in the last hour of the auction, except for the dud every now and then. List your soaker now, they are not wroth as much during off season.
