I'm interested in the 2500 (especially now that captain fear isn't holding it), how much would it cost to send with the cheapest (but safe) shipping option? I'd have to give it considerable thought though since I know the postage will be very expensive, but at the end of the day it's very unlikely for me to ever find a high-end CPS in New Zealand....If shipping doesn't cost too much extra for an extra gun or two I could possibly get more than just the 2500 as I'm also interested in a NIP 310 (if it's the teal colour) and the first Monster X (does it come with a QFD?), I figure if I'm going to splurge so much money on shipping it may be a good idea to make the most of the shipping cost and get a few, especially if you can offer me discounts for buying in bulk

Regarding customs, I don't think NZ is as strict as Aus but I'd definitely check up first if I was to buy anything. I'll have a think about it once you get a more accurate postage price, thanks man!

Ncog - Naturally I'll offer you a bulk discount, and I'll find a bloody big box lol. On your end, yeah, I'd definately ask that you take a look at New Zealandish (isnt there a shorter way to say that? ) customs. I dont want both of us biting our nails for months on end wondering where the guns are. I'm going to keep checking with other shipping providers to make sure I get you the best deal to make this possible for you. What are your team's colours? My personal colors are red and black and silver, hence the paint job on the customized MX. (Though I also painted my CPS 3200 with yellow and purple cuz the straight yellow color scheme was horrid) So what I'm saying is, if not one of the 3 310s I'm selling matches, I can always do a paint job.

The NIP is a very cool looking blue body with black and a green reservoir.
I also have a teal with yellow res and pressure chambers
and a bright green with blue res and pressure chambers

Last I checked the postal service is quoting 70 for a ten pound package, but I'm sure I can get lower than that. Ten pounds would, I think, be about 2 guns.

Just weighed all three guns on the bathroom scale. Though I still would like to sell it to you, I have to say that the Monster X is a weight hog. Your 2500 and 310 together are around 10 pounds. The monster X alone is about the same! I checked a hydroblitz as well but just picking it up I knew it weighed at least 10 pounds. So, my advice is to go for a flash flood with backpack as your third gun. It'll be smaller, cheeper and lighter but its still a CPS weapon. Although if you can already buy FFs over there I guess theres not much need to bother... Hey, the 1200 is available again, that might also work for you.

I don't know why but the modern heavy soakers are built really heavy, I think a lot of it is just ornamentation and stuff though they do look a tiny bit more solid. Let me know what you want to do. As of now the package weight would be around 15-20 pounds. price for all the guns would be... around 170 but we can bring that lower if you want to get a flash flood or 1200 instead of the monxter x. in that case it would be about 130-150. Shipping added in would run, for the high end heavies, to maybe 250 dollars. on the low end we're talking an even 200. These are all just estimates... Also if you need a QFD, I'm only selling those with the Splashzookas for obvious reasons, so it might be good to buy a splashzooka as your third gun rather than the MX. once again the splashzooka is a pretty light weapon to ship.

So you can definately get the 2500 and the 310 of your choice. Do you still want to try for the MX or would you like to downshift to a flash flood, splashzooka or 1200?

By the way, I just took a look at the Splashzookas since theyve been in storage and theres something weird with them. They both still shoot but one not so well. They also have water filling their casings somewhere and I'm not sure whats up with that. Will be doing some repairs today.

I've already got a few max infusion backpacks, and none of the guns that I'm keeping use them, so I think I'll pass on that one. The 1200 I'd go as low as 30 dollars total.

Looks like I'll be crossing off the Monster X then, and probably the 310 too as on thinking about it more I'd only really be getting a 310 for nostalgic value (it was the one soaker I really wanted as a kid but never got) and in practical terms I have a Max-D 6000 anyway which needs to be fixed.

I picked up a FF in Australia late last year, but may be interested in an aquapack/backpack if you're willing to sell one separately.

My main interest is the 2500, is it in its stock colours with the stickers? Does it have any leakage/pump/cosmetic/other issues? Does it perform as well as a regular 2500 or are there issues with the output/range?

If you could please weigh the 2500 individually to get an idea of how much it would cost to ship that on its own that would be great....Do you only have one 2500 to sell or more (I thought I read in another thread you saying that you had a few ready to sell or something...)

If martianshark doesn't go for the 1200 I could be interested in that too if it doesn't cost too much extra for shipping on top of the 2500's shipping cost. Is it a yellow/purple or purple/silver model?

Finally, I could add one of the following soakers to my order if it doesn't effect the shipping rate too much: the Triple Shot (if it's the soaker tag pistol with 3 nozzles), XP 70, XP 35 or XXP 175.

Sorry for the hideous amount of questions, in summary if I buy anything it will be the 2500, plus anything else I can scoop up if the shipping doesn't cost too much extra over what it will cost to get the 2500 sent in the slowest/cheapest way. Whether I buy anything or not will ride on how much shipping costs, if you managed to get something to Australia for $20 hopefully it won't be too bad!

Also, I assume you'll want me to pay with PayPal? I don't have an account but could surely set one up; does it work by charging my credit card then sending the payment to you or something..? Cheers!

Ncog- I'll cut the price on the 310 if its important to you then and give you one of the older ones. The 310 is a lot more reliable in my experience than anything max d. I do have a 50 oz aquapack I can sell to you, and that wont add any weight to the package so thats a good idea there.

As for the 2500, it works great. The 2500 is one of the guns I have a lot of respect for so I've made sure to look it over. Beautiful condition, all stickers are fully intact. There are some light scuffs on the reservoir and it doesnt come with the original strap, but other than that its really in great shape. It works just fine, just dry shot it right now. The 2500 weighs about 7 pounds or so.

I did have 2 2500s, and still do. But I'm no longer willing to part with the other one. My original plan was to sell the 2500 from my personal collection when I got the 2000, but I've come to find that both guns have their uses, the 2500 is more than just a toned down 2000.
The 1200 is unfortunately the yellow and purple model, but it is in like new condition. The xp 70 would be a good idea. I could definately send you the 175, its one of my favorite guns. Did you think about the splashzooka? I just fixed both of them and tested them out and they're in top form, even added an orange ring on the pressure chamber cap so you know how full it is. I'd naturally include a QFD and they dont weigh too much.

I'm still working on finding someone who will ship to New Zealand at a fair price, will keep you informed. And yeah paypal is the best way to do things, they provide for easy refunds and stuff like that. And its free as well.

Dont worry about asking too many questions. I've only made 2 similar orders to this and each time I spent more than a week trying to figure stuff out with the guy.

Edit: Just called Fedex and UPS. You dont even want to know. The postal service is the cheapest option at 70-100 dollars depending on what we finally decide to put in the package.
