For those of you that can repair well.. get to work on these babies. Sounds like a rod pulling problem, even I could fix it.

Those look good on the outside. The repair is easy too so like you said, somebody should snatch them up. If only I could use my mom's ebay account.

Sounds like a great deal on two great guns. The XP 85 would just be a throw-away or collectors item. I'd snatch those and do the rubber band repair. You'll feel really good afterwards knowing that you've bought two great guns for a very cheap price.

My XP 150 has the same problem actually, but I am yet to repair it. I have found that I can easily fix the problem (at least temporarily) by pulling the trigger forward.

I believe that is nothing more than a typo or mistake. The image shows an XP 85.

EDIT: If I win this, how do I open the 1500? I've already opened a 1200 so I know the tricks, but a 1500 has me baffled.

With the 1500, you have to rip off the exterior part of the nozzle. Thats about all that is hard about opening it. The pump cap is easy.

Well, if I get it for cheap, I won't feel so bad about tearing the nozzle off. I hope it isnt glued on, Then I can just hacksaw a couple of seams.

As for the pump cap. I know, I already own a 1500. But I have never needed to open it. And have no wish to mod such a awesome gun.

Aaaah! That's how you open the 1500! I still have my mate's one for repairing but can't open the dang thing. What a find, Jade! Shame I'm a million miles away in the UK, or I'd bid! Hope you get it, Blue!
