Can't help you there. Im fairly Anti-Team work. In my group everyone pretty much does what he wants. Personaly, if someone in my group would try to order me around I would have no problem to shot him point blank in the groin with a 20X shot.

My only advise is, if some in your squad don't listen to your commands, kick them out.
Hey, that's funny. HILARIOUS that would surely leave a painful mark.

I don't know whats broken on the 1-3-5, he just said "It doesent work great" and "It's old".
It's only 2 years old, it's not old, old is like 10 years.

The kid who has the broken 1-3-5 thinks its old because I have "newer" guns than him. (he thinks it isint good compared to my 15000)

I'm developing my team's site to specifically deal with theorganized team/commander. Look here:

http://waterbridge.4t.com/

Spinner and Guderian both make some good points on how to run the group, and I'll try to get an article on the actual making of a group up later this week.

Soak On!

back on topic- explain to him the simple difference between new and old, then mod the 1-3-5 for the guy.

Firepower isn't as big an issue as you're making it out to be. Having water guns that work doesn't mean you'll win. My team has no catalogued armoury, and everyone has broken soakers, but when we have our battles it always works out anyway.

How do you soak someone with a broken soaker, apart from unscrewing the reservoir cap, running up to them and tipping it over their head?

True.

I think it's not too broken, the five orange nozzle things are broken off, dunno much else about it. Oh yeah, it needs a new coat of paint, I'll spray it Black like my others.

Now, my neighbors have these little playhouses outside, I thought I could use em' like this: Hiding spots
IMO, not a good idea. Too enclosed, so the enemy has your troops trapped - what if they attacked the back of the playhouse or something? Your troops wouldn't stand a chance!

I suppose those things bring about a little foxhole humor eh?

1) Obey the rules
2) Know their positions
3) How to fight with tactics
and
4) how to protect themselfs...
1. talk to each of them individually as follows (Y is you and M is member of team):
away from other members
Y: I have to tell you something but Don't boast about it or tell anyone else or I'll have to take you off the team.
M: ok I won't
Y: your part is the most important part in the enitre field.
you then explain the part, and repeat with every other member of team
3. Show them good examples and bad ones, and always get soaked in the bad ones and not soaked in the good ones.
4. Give them huge guns and tell them to fire at will.

If you follow these simple instructions, you should easily have a great team. :D

The editor of the above post makes no guarntee that the above post, in particular, the above statement, is true/will help. Also, no threats about breaking soakers Blaze.
