Hello all,

I am a beginner Water warrior who has very little knowing about anything Super Soaker related, I would like some idea on how I can get my team to:

1) Obey the rules
2) Know their positions
3) How to fight with tactics
and
4) how to protect themselfs...

Now, my neighbors have these little playhouses outside, I thought I could use em' like this: Hiding spots

Now, some of them Don't know how to play well, some do. I need to bring most of them together and have a training session, then a small war. We have *Very* limited weponry, my Supersoakers being the best (CPS 15000 [k mod], 1200, MaxD 5000, CPS 2100 and a large water cannon [not Larami brand].)

Most of my "Members" don't know yet that they are on my team, I am telling a few tomorrow, and the others? I dunno yet. I have:

"Racer"-Leader: you saw my weponry
"Blade"-?: Max-D 5000, large water cannon
Connor-?: Max-D 2000, "Big squirt"
"J"- ?: broken CPS 1-3-5, Max-D 2000, pistols

Wow, this is the longest post I've ever written. It was fun doing it too.

Thanks for any help,
the Neo-Soakers team leader (Racer)

I am not a bigginng warrior, but I am only a month experienced in keeping a team together. I took that one guys advice about a newsletter, it keeps people interested. Also its good to tell people they are on your team. I also find it useful to hold a weekedn practice at leaste every other week. Some serious, some just for fun.
Have fun, and get more weapons.

Can't help you there. Im fairly Anti-Team work. In my group everyone pretty much does what he wants. Personaly, if someone in my group would try to order me around I would have no problem to shot him point blank in the groin with a 20X shot.

My only advise is, if some in your squad don't listen to your commands, kick them out.

First of all, look into trying to get that CPS 1-3-5 fixed up.
Second, Im pro-team, but, it can get hard to get a squad together.

Take a look at our tactics section. They have some help with this sorta stuff.
And, try to get a few pretty specialized. Have people be very good at what they are doing. Have someone (Heaviest probably) Get used to carrying big **** around and shooting the stuff. And then someone getting all light and scouting. Don't try to get EVERYONE specialized. Thats just bad policy. Just 2 or 3. BASED ON THE WEAPONS YOUR TEAM MEMBERS HAVE, I would suggest the following

J00=15000 or 2100
Blade=Heavy Weapons Officer
Connor= Scout
J = 1500 or 2100 (whichever u didn't choose)

Again, this is just based off the wapons they have, I could be VERY VERY far off here. Use common sense. Also, if your REALLY serious, go to sonshi.com and study up on Sun Tzu. Itll take a while to learn it, but itll come in IMMENSILY handy. Thats all I can think of now. Ill put more in later If I think it up.

With a small team, I would suggest only one specialist, a HWO usually you Don't need a scout exept in large battles.

I find a scout still comes in INCREDIBLY handy even in 4v4

How could it. In small matches you usually know everything about the enemy. So you Don't need him for that. And you can set up a noise maker to alert you when the enemy is coming. I actually use a motion sensor for wild planet. Then I can know about 3 paths.

I am the only one on my team who can handle the 15000 well, so I will use it. I will take that 1-3-5 home with me and fix it up... maybe even K mod it.

Oh yeah, I missed a guy,

Jack "The Ripper"- Scout: Liqudator, Storm 2500 (Yeah, it rocks)

if he is your hero, your out of my squad. And I don't think its broken. He like broke all the nozzles exept for the "1" so that I keeps good range, he did a K-mod, and he drilled the nozzles so he has a 30 foot range 10X nozzle. Not bad considering how much the 1-3-5 sucks. Well I Don't know. It sucks for standard CPS

Will you have an enemy to battle?

I'd recommend you keep an eye on Waterbridge. I've been told that there are plans to make the website theme towards commanding and running a squad.

EDIT: Oh, and they have a forum as well...

In organized warfare, with a declaration of war, or just surprise attacks?

Will they have any formidable weaponry?
