:o Help :o
My squad is going to have a water war very soon. There are only 3 of us, we might have 4 by then. I need some help on how to defeat an army with 10 or more people. Cuz that's what I'm going up against. :o :o :o

Sorry about the double post, but I want to know if I have a stationary base, or a mobile one. I would go mobile, but we have Big trouble, a SplashZooka, and a SC 400 that would not be very effective if we only filled SC in the beginning.

Looks like you're going to have a good time! I'd like a war like that.

Obviously, numbers are against you. So you're going to have to be that much better organised than they are to win.

So...

1) Enemy units. Are they experienced?

2) Enemy soakers. What do they have?

3) Bases. What's available?

4) Your armoury. Will you be able to extend it if need be?

and, the one that ALWAYS seems to be forgotten by people posting about wars...

5) What type of war? What rules? Soakfest/OHK/"?"?

(Please, EVERYONE, remember 5 when you post about wars. B) )

Yeah it does say kickbutt, the filter gets rid of that, some people don't like the cursing.

I can't give too many pieces of advice because spinner covered most of them. Just make sure you use strategy and you're smarter than them.

Just in case my points were misunderstood: they are meant as questions to be answered, after which we should be able to give more specific advice, rather than the questions being questions to be asking yourself in preparation for the war. Though, of course, they wouldn't be bad for that either... B)

Whoops, I meant spinner covered the stuff we need to know so I can't say much. :Hey, that's funny.: Stuff like that happens.

Ok, the enemy will be totally unexperiencde. A couple probably only picked up a blaster once in their life.
They are going to have a couple of bassic CPS, 1200, 2100 etc. I think a 4100 too. I'm not sure of their entire armory.
As for my base, a back porch with a single hose. It would have a height adnatage to the left, a height disadvantage to the right, and 3 points of basic enemy entry + one seceret one only I know about(I hope)
They have basically have the same, only no heigh variables, and less entrances.
My armomry as I know it so far are:
Big trouble
SplashZooka
SC 400
MaxD 2000
CPS 4100
Waterball
lots of water balloons.
2 large X-tream machine
2 Half sized X-tream Machine
CPS 1200
Monster XL
Oh yeah, we are loaded.

This will be a game where if you are completely soaked you are out. If you get the entire other team out, you win.

Since you have less people than them, think about buying some fast drying clothing like nylon shirts. I know I have one for biking, they are very useful in wars because they dry so quickly. That may give you an unfair advantage in your game, since I generally play the Soakfest stuff, where only soakage force holds you back, you never are out.

what's the point in that!! You can never win. I play those ocasionaly, but only after a main battle.

The water only repels the people, I play capture the flag or something else with it, it's not just that.

How long do you plan the war to last for? Minutes? Hours? Days?

a few hours, no more than four. It reall ydepeds on how stupid the other team is. So I still want to know. Should I go mobile, or have a standard base?

I'd say standard base. Can the hose be used?
