I'd be interested in knowing this, as I have my eye on a Pulse Master.

While I do love my Monster, it's not my favorite all rounder...big and bulky and takes a while to pump. However if there's a QFD around this thing is pretty unstoppable since it can be recharged and refueled very quickly.

My two favorite all rounders are my XP 110 and my Flash Flood...sadly both of them are out of commission with problems. :(

The XP110 is light, easy to carry, solidly built, has good power for its size, and doesn't take many pumps to fully charge...also love the pressure gauge.

The Flash Flood is one of the most balanced guns I've used...it's an excellent design that has great weight distribution. Plus the Flash Flood nozzle is a great close range burst weapon.

I hope I can fix both of them.

my MVS has been updated. my new favorite soaker has to be the vanquisher. you can shoot a 3x stream ~40ft for 15 seconds. It is insane.

Wow. That is some serious shot time, probably resulting from the fact that it contains a 1.3L PC. That might just be the soaker to get this year.

Rumour has it it's 'Target exclusive'. Hope that doesn't mean it won't make it across the Atlantic.

Mine would be my hydra pak. I don't have many soakers so that's why.

My new Vanquisher is now my most valued soaker.

It sounds like I need to get my paws on one of these Vanquishers. I have heard good things about them. But don't you think it needs a better nozzle selector. I mean, a 3x as your best nozzle isn't great, even if it has 15 secs of shot time. Wish they would have made them with a Vindicator selector. That was such a good choice of nozzles.

^ Except for the fan blast of course, which they're probably making money from (despite it being completely useless) and it would cost money to switch it out for a specialty nozzle that's actually useful.

Does anyone own both a Vindicator and Vanquisher? I'm skeptical of the Vanquisher's performance relative to the Vindicator though they may really be the same.

I suppose it would be nice with a better nozzle selector, but 3x isn't so bad. Plus I drilled out the fan blast to get a huge stream.

By the way, how to you measure stream size?

I own both, though the vindicator is broken irreperably. I must admit the vanquisher does not have as long range as the vindicator. However, its shot time makes up for this. As soon as I get the chance, I will try to swap the nozzle selectors. The streams produced by both have very good lamination.

Thanks for the info. Now I know that my nozzle drilled fan blast is about 8.5x

...and the smaller one is a tiny bit under 2x

...and the medium one is a little under 4x.

What range does the 8.5x nozzle get? Is the stream very coherent or is it more of a riot type blast?
