This is what we like to call specialists, who are good at different aspects of water warfare and can adapt quickly in a situation. Sniping also cannot be fully eliminated, it's always an option in some spots. I know we still snipe where applicable, and then get out men out of the area. It's not impractical, just hard to pull off without being seen.
Sniping is still a viable and necessary task, but it is most effective when used in a pure form of specialization. For example, most teams have their members run/retreat after sniping. Running away afterwards accomplishes little, unless it is on purpose in a deception tactic. In pure position switching, sniping becomes just another task linked to other manuevers. You might have to snipe in order to set up an attack, a diversion, or to mislead the enemy. Advancing after a snipe is not what your typical enemy is expecting, nor do they make the connection between sniping being used to fool them. If your enemy is not expecting a move, it becomes really useful! Not conforming to commonly used methods of performing certain roles gives you a huge advantage. If the other team can't predict your manuevers, they are cooked! Using sniping as part of a manuever, and not a manuever of its own, opens up much more possibilities and gives you an expanded list of options. B)

People should be able to do just about any position. The only one I can't do is scout as I am tall (6'1) and the battlefield I fight in is rather small with lots of close quarters combat so I don't like being out in the open scouting out people. I do most of the ambushing.

I am also (6'-6'1) so I wouldn't be that good at scouting either but one of the people I could get is less then (5&#39 ;) so he would be a good scout, He is also fast and quite. He definitely could not carry a large soaker tho.
What! me wet! I don't think so how about you insted!
