UserID: 214 | One word: eBay! Get a CPS 2000 or something else like a CPS 3200 and you won't need to have a backup weapon. Intimidation will be your backup, oh, and huge resoviour size. |

UserID: 213 | I too would recommend the CPS 2100. I got one at Sports Authority for $8, and it works great. It is starting to become my favorite weapon. (My just-barely favorite is the 2700, but they don't make them anymore ). I have also heard they have good range and are easy to mod...

Ive said before that a backup gun should be powerful enough to replace a main gun. My backup is a 21000. Quote:
Theres about 6 of them on Ebay each week. Quote:
Don't buy a gun based on what it looks like, you should buy it for its preformance. "Use not beauty"-Something like the helix has all these gimmicks, but preforms sub-standard. Something like the 2500 has not one inch of extra gimmicks, and look at the power. Same for the 2000 and the such.

UserID: 75 | The 2100 is amazingly light and scores points on mobility. It also can be easily k-modded in half an hour. The 2100 is also easy to pump and takes less pumps than the 4100. The 4100 does though have 4 nozzle settings and more capacity. The strap isnt exactly a plus as I didn't find it necessary and instead used it for my 2500 which came with no strap. The 2100 has a strong trigger. :P 2100 range is better than the 4100, but the 4100 8.5x nozzle is larger than the 2100's 7.5x. Its really a tossup-both guns have their advantages and disadvantages.

UserID: 131 | I find the 4100's strap useful. I don't know why you don't but I would like to have times where I Don't have to hold it. I like the time to time option of letting it hang on my shoulder, giving my arms a break. Your definatly right that its a toss up between the 4100 and the 2100. Personally I use the 21000 as my main weapon because im a commander on the field. It also depends on what is needed more in the battle field. If it's range, the 21000 is what I go for. If its power, I go with the 4100. Both are great guns that I use all the time. Edit: Grammar

UserID: 75 | I think [as Ive said before] that the battle conditions determine the better gun. In our wars range is very important and output matters not. Heavy guns will help, but mobility is essential and therefore a small, yet hard hitting gun will prevail. In a battle where output matters most aka "soakfests", a 4100 would fare better. You might be right that the 4100 has slightly less pumps, but I can pump the 2100 faster than the 4100. The 2100 gets more shots out of the tank, up to 17 if its modded. If you are a beginner you should get the 2100, simply because it weighs next to nothing, even after some intense modding.
