UserID: 172 | I just got into Super Soakers and I only have a few guns, so I'm going to buy some new ones. I want to know what guns you would recommend to buy that would actually be in stores (any price). I Don't need a back-up weapon, because my Max-D 2000 works well for me, I'm just looking for a primary weapon. Any ideas?

UserID: 165 | Your CPS 1000 should work well as a primary. If you want something different, you should buy a CPS 4100.

UserID: 83 | Around $20-25. Or, if you have a Sports Authority around, they should have CPS 2100's for around $8.

UserID: 77 | You do live in the USA, don't you? Just checking...my recommendations would be different if you were from the UK. :P EDIT: Forget it - just read your other post about Iowa. -_- Amazon has/had CPS 4100s for $20.

UserID: 1 | If I were you I'd get 2 Sports Authority 2100s and save a few dollars than get a CPS 4100. They both have similar power (and same PC size), but the CPS 2100 is a lot cheaper, easier to power mod and will get to you faster (if you get the 4100 from Amazon, TRU sometimes has some). However, the CPS 4100 does have the much needed nozzle selector and I think a larger reservoir capacity. I'd personally get the two 2100s over that because it's cheaper and you can't complain with 2 guns. You also could make homemades, but I need to write a guide on my most powerful one (so far at least).

UserID: 146 | Yeah, I would prefer 2 2100's over 1 4100. And just a question if you took to equaly trained men gave one a 4100 and the other a 2100 wich would win? The 4100 might have more power,a larger capacitie, and 4 different nozzles but the 2100 is light and allows the user to dodge shots easily. |

UserID: 172 | Thanks for the help. I'll look and see what is avalible between those 2 guns where ever I go to get my guns. 1 more question - How much do the Monster XL's cost? I'm not going to get one I just want to know how much they are.

UserID: 75 | Up to 182 dollars on Ebay, not in stores. They are in my opinion not worth half the money they draw in. Many inexperienced users rave about their size, but the range is horrible. Nibor Dude and I went to Sports Authority-$7.00 CPS 2100's, you gotta love it!

UserID: 1 | eBay will easily cost you over $100. The record was like $193 including shipping. IMO, no one should get the MXL as it's heavy, has bad range, takes way too many pumps and has a smaller reservoir capacity than the 2700. Stay away from it, it's highly overrated.

UserID: 172 | I was never planning on getting it. It just looks way intimidating! So you would recommend 2 2100 over 1 4100? How much do 4100 cost?

UserID: 1 | CPS 4100's cost $20, without tax. 2 CPS 2100's would cost you around $14 without tax. Simple as that, so yes, I would recommend the 2 CPS 2100s over the CPS 4100, especially if you are planning on modding them, something I recommend for 2100s.

UserID: 131 | Depends. I got my 4100 for about 30 dollars off ebay. The CPS 2100 is in my mind a great gun that you need to take advantage of and get it now while they have it out again. This is a great gun to K MOD as well. And I would choose a 2100 over a 4100 and choose a 21000 over a 2100.

UserID: 172 | Whats a Sport Authority (I'm new)? Thanks for the help. I'll probably get 2 CPS 2100, unless there not avalible and CPS 4100 are.

UserID: 75 | Its a store, there are many scattered around the country. You will most likely find 2100's and they are very cheap, $7. I didn't see any 4100s but there were soaker tags which are not worth buying. There might be different guns at different stores though. Other people have found monsters and 1200s at their Sports Authorities.
