Hasbro has been in partnership since 2002, and finally took complete control this year.

That is untrue. Hasbro has owned Larami since 1994 . Even now the 2004 soakers still mention Larami on them. Hasbro just gets more of the claim now.

wow, I never knew that. I don't see any Larami logo's on my Liquidator. I seem them on the Max-D guns. But those are probably old molds.

Someone should apply for a job at Hasbro and talk them into some sense. Get them to make good soakers again and ditch the soakertag. Of course, they arent going to give an inch. Unless, of course, we storm the compound waving CPS 2000's

We at SSCentral (http://www.sscentral.net) and WaterWar.net (http://www.waterwar.net) are advanced soakists looking for more power in our guns, the new 2004 line is lacking what the older ones have. The age range of the people who want them are from 10 to 25 years old. And now we are thinking with these guns, you are aiming towards younger children. We would aprecciate bringing back CPS tech, as that is what made all of us get into this hobby.

All of us here think the 1998 line was the best ever year to buy, the CPS 1500 and 1200 were much greater than what we have now. Without CPS, we won't be happy.

There are people out there who only have soaking as they're only hobby, and want to make that experance better.

One last thing, The 2004 and 2003 grip's are not big enough :-)

I don't think Hasbro actually listens to any of these. Maybe one day they will smarten up and listen to us (either that or they might discontinue making soakers--period. *shivers* I never want that to happen, not that I'd buy any of the ones they make now). Autoresponses are lame, it just lets you know they recieved the messege, not that they've read it.

Don't they have those stupid soaker tag compititions? What if we go to one of them and just destroy them all with CPS technology. Then laugh in their faces and tell all the little 5 year olds that they have XPBackfire-esque in their hands! Maybe Hasbro will listen then.

I do not have a link, but according to recent reports from the Florida Tournament, all the participants were college graduates. Even if we brought CPS weaponry to the event, they most likely would not let us enter with our own weaponry, for fear of illegal blaster (allowable in tourney) or modded guns. The most we could do is show off the power, but then get kicked out of the area for drawing attention away from hasbro's event. Hasbro has always listened, they just have not done anything about it. It appears they are not listening, but recent emails to them tell me that they are starting to notice people are concerned about Super Soaker's well being.

I thinks your right. I have sent a billion e-mails and went from auto responses to actually replies. and from what I've heard, everyone else is sending them in too, so I think next year's line may be a lil differnt. I'm guessing they might put a few CPS in for us and a few 2004 type models in for the littler kids, so that they can still make money off the lil kids and us... Well, thats what I predict

I know you are a very successful company and you only sell your products for the money. But please bring back some better soakers than the ones you issued this year. If you look on ebay you can see for yourself how much your older soakers are worth! People will pay a lot of money for better soakers! I speak for 13 people in my water war group, and the 200 plus people on sscentral. I am willing to pay money for much better soakers!

Even if you did take a CPS gun to the tourament it would still be almost impossible to hit a tag on someone's butt. Some guy did that to me and I had to knock him on the ground roll him on his stomach and squirt him. The only reason he didn't hit me was cause I was using my shield blaster against his Max-D 4000, Hey, that's funny.!
