UserID: 97 | For the Backpack mod couldn't you just have a large hard jug of water with tubing at the bottom that goes to our soaker? It seems tat as long as gravit is on your side, that would do.

UserID: 1 | Yes you could. However it's way too large to carry around as you'll likely use those 2.5 gallon things. My backpack mod needs a little redoing btw, don't make it, people say the article is hard to understand, it's one of the oldest articles on SSC.

UserID: 1 | 4" PVC is like 1000 times more expensive than 3", I would buy 3" because it's cheaper and make a few chambers if it's going to be made out of PVC.

UserID: 97 | That's what I meant, 4" is probably to big. I mean its huge. I'm going to use 3" for the reservoir on my first homemade. I had almost finished a previous homemade that failed. This new one actually looks good too! I'm having a down extending tanks that looks like a clip.
