err... back to the tech...

I've done a small XPS, it pushes the smallest nozzle to 12.8 metres effective range and 13.1 to the last drop. If I were you, Monsoon, I would put the nozzle selector back on, then drill nozzle 2 (which I find to be useless as standard) with a 3mm drill bit. It works like a fan spray only with more power. Estimated output is 275ml/second at peak pressure. Nice for an XP310. Didn't think of epoxying the PCs back on, because past 8 balloons, which I have, I found it pretty tough to get the casing back on over the bulging bottom of the PC. Epoxy might solve this, but if would mean you're stuck with it as it is after you do it. I think the best solution to this is to cram about 10 balloons PER PC, the put the casing on around it but don't screw it shut. The do a few test shots to see how it works out, if you're satisfied the epoxy the PCs on and rebuild the casing AFTER the epoxy dries so you can get back inside the soaker. If you don't like it, add or remove a few balloons. Work something out from that and you should be happy with it.

P.S; Doom, the shot time is decreased a fair bit, I'd say each nozzle loses about 1.5 seconds.

Depending on your opinion, that could be good or bad. But it does mean higher output, which will explain for the great range.
