UserID: 1 | Found it in a Google search, looks weird, has a built in shield! It's a crank type, kind odd. http://www.miami.com/mld/miamiherald/living/8167315.htm

UserID: 30 | its similar to something on ebay right now, the crank idea. on ebay, though, it's deck mounted and huge. but still, it's not a bad concept. I'd assume the internals basically work the same way as a small DC pump would, so it should be cool. |

UserID: 1 | I've seen the deck mounted thing. I think they pretty much are the same thing, just different companies.

UserID: 53 | The bicycle whind mechanism was there last year on cheaper soakers. But regardless of that, I find it better than the countless back and forward pumping. Pressurizing through winding will be faster. Personaly, I could not care less about the shield, so at the end its the nozzle size that interests me. It has 4 nozzles. So this will be interesting.

UserID: 30 | you Don't pressurize through winding, you shoot through winding. so, like power-soakers, power depends on arm strength. |

UserID: 53 | So its exacty like that ebay boat cannon. This would save time. I wonder if the image which is shown on the description is the 3000 or one of the smaller series.

UserID: 30 | yeah. the shield is kind of an odd addition, since it's so small I think it would be very hard to use. I like our homemade shields better. http://www.sscentral.net/tech/devices/shield.php |

UserID: 51 | Ok, I won't caps out. The thing is XPBackfire-esque. This was what I was talking about over at WWN in "Bicycle style pumping" Quote:
