The maximum pressure rating of the gun is first limited to the pressure rating of the pipe (for 2", it's 280 PSI, I'm not sure of the fittings) and then limited to how hard you can pump. I'm guessing for most people that would be around 80 PSI, but stronger people will be able to pump more.

Just as reference, a lot of the CPS guns use around 40-45 PSI. I think this gun was designed to use 40-60 PSI.

Pumping doesn't really limit pressure, since the limit is on force, so you can obtain higher pressures by using a smaller pump diameter. Of course that has the drawback of reducing pump volume.

The maximum pressure could be anything really. As was said earlier, it depends on the pressure rating of the pipe and fittings. The pistons are rated for 3000 PSI so there's nothing to worry about for them.

Testing has shown that there are diminishing returns in range after 60 PSI or so, so it's not really worthwhile to have super-high pressures unless you want super-short shot time. 100 PSI is a good limit if you want to set any arbitrary limit. I could easily imagine that this design at 100 PSI with the right nozzle could achieve mid-60 feet in range if not more.
