UserID: 1 | @isoaker_com: If you have SSH access I would highly suggest setting up a cron job to automatically back up the database. Once we had that working here I worried a lot less about potential database corruption. You host should have daily backups as well, but it's still a good idea to have your own backups as you're well aware.
