Red face Schoolyard Conflict of 08

So the last day of school me and the principle Organized a school wide water war.
Over 459 Students brought guns. Sadly they were all the Hasbro Crap soakers
except for my friends who had a MonsterXL and a CPS-2500
I used my homemade and my CPS-1000. The War started after lunch was over
but before it started there was a small prep period.
-----------------------------------------------
Gamemode: SoakFest
Time Limit: 4 Hours
Participants: Over 500 O_O
Epic Level: IT'S OVER 9000!!!!!

Factions:
Los Matadores (The fastest Mexican Gunslingers
420 (Team of potheads, lol)
Arctic knights (My old Arctic shock team)
Jeans' Warriors (Principle's team)
Wood Shop (The unoriginal team made by our woodshop teacher)
Metallica (The two guys that think they are the most awesome guys in school)

_______________The beginning_____________________________
Me and my team were eating our lunch (Taco Bell donated the lunch of tacos, crunch wraps and burritos). The anouncment came over the intercom that if you did not want to be in the fight then go to the gym. Then she said "WaterGun Teams please go to the staging area and get ready for the fight. We jumped up and rushed to one of the faucets. there was a line of 3 people at this one, but the guy before us had to fill up tons of bottles >: ( .

So after we filled up we rushed off to the main courtyard, and jumped into the bushes.
The principle rang the school bell and said "START the battle!!!" We rushed around a corner and soaked 5 girls pumping up their 3 Arctic shocks and 2 flash floods, They ran off soaking wet. We ran down the right wing of the building dodging enemy fire. We got cornered by the school bully with a bucket of water, He drenched us. and had no other ammo. so we chased him back into the main courtyard were there were hundreds of people soaking eachother so we jumped in and did our part while getting just as wet as everyone else.

I had to refill so I had to run off and abandon my team : ( . After I had a full tank some guy came out of the hallway with a SUPERCANNONII. My expression was "O_O"
I drenched him first before he knocked me down with the SC2. He was out and I was out.
I asked if we could team up, He was alright with it so we refilled and charged back into the courtyard. Many students were up on the roof with buckets of water balloons the principle Laughed over a Megaphone "Muahahahahaha" and said "RELEASE"!
Water balloons rained down on us. It kinda hurt too.

So about 30 minutes before it ended me and my friend went out to the parking lot where the girls were laying around trying to dry off. We became Evil and Drenched each one.

Before I knew it the 4 hours were up and the winning faction was declared

Who won was declared on who was the least soaked

Top teams:

1: Jeans' Warriors
2: Arctic knights
3: 420

That sounds epic. Did you get any pictures or anything? I can't imagine the scale! And someone had a Supercannon II? I'm surprised because I didn't know anyone actually went ahead and built one.

This reminds me to try to organize my own war this year...

It was really Epic, I only wish I had my math teacher hold my camera for this. but oh well.
I will scan the yearbook photos next year.

And yes I was really surprised Dominic had a SuperCannonII (Dominic is his name, I didn't think it was relevant)

The ride home was fun. We would hang out the windows and soak kids that got off or were walking home.

Damn, our school would try to halt the event if a soakfest was held around the grounds, or maybe even call the police. (that's around, not on, not on top of, but around) Plus, I'm probably be the only one with PVC water weaponry in 20 miles...

A pessimist says a bucket of water is half empty, an optimist says its half full. But the Aquatic Soaking Squad warrior starts looking for a teammate who may need ammo.

How do you know that it will take 2 and a half months to get pictures?
It would be great if the ThunderWars Union could convince our Demon of a principle to do something like this. Sadly that will never happen. And besides, ThunderWars members would be the only ones with decent guns. Still I can have my dreams.

They do have summer vacation, but in December and January. Seasons are offset half a year between the northern and southern hemispheres because they face the sun at different times of the year. Similarly, seasons are pretty much nonexistent between the Tropics of Cancer and Capricorn.

All-out water wars sound like fun... shame my secondry school wouldnt have allowed anything like it, nor the secondry/sixth form ive just gone too.

Luckily, ive still been in big water fights with 30+ people...
-3 years ago, at the local park at my old house. 30+ teens with many many guns, buckets, bottles etc basically met-up and DESTROYED each other. eventually, teams began to form and bases were made, without breaks. 3 bases, 4 teams, and some very pissed off neighbours. and we all got together for a huge BBQ later as well, so good

Range and weight currently unknown, but it does double as a portable refill station. Also, I'm a Militaristic Guerilla Intuitive, with just a hint of Techie. Maybe Physcologist as well?
