As DoomSoaker is aware, I've been working on my own soaker site:

Soaker Sagas

At present, it needs more content, and this really has to come from You, water warriors worldwide. If you look at it you'll understand why I can't really supply all the content.

So people, please submit your saga today!

Great site, I really like it. I think it's the most promising site of 2004, it's got a good design and good content. I like how it's unconventional and has stuff people will love to read! Please, everyone, submit one or two things to his site. Post this at WWN too.

Ill keep my eye on it. A little later once its more devloped Ill add it to DMOZ. Although Google hasnt updated their RDF cache since god knows when since SSCL still hasnt banished off the face of the directory.

That would be great. Could you make it bigger yourself by adding your own Saga? Imagine that - the DMOZ Water Gun's editor listing a site with his own autobiography... B)

Im working on it. I assume the numbers are when registered and not current post position.

P.S. FYI, Posting my Saga locks out a couple of higher possiblites for DMOZ placement. But those would only happen anyway when you got into the site level of Isoaker WWN and SSC. Not impossible, who knows?

I expect you're right - did you mean post count? The quoted SSC and WWN numbers were established by looking at member profiles.

I mean that after I submit something, Im techinally afilated with your site. I.E. Higher level DMOZ options, such as "cooling" a site (making it appear at the top of the DMOZ cat) are no longer possible. (Ask Doom)

Just done another update. Veteran's Personal Saga has been uploaded. On average I'm receiving about one-a-month.

I have also inserted the dates of the previous sagas into the sagas. Thus people can add to their sagas (perhaps at yearly intervals) as developments occur. B)

Wow...I just checked out Soaker Sagas' stats. Apparently June had 956 visits (an average of 31 a day), and I've had a total of 2788 since February this year. :blink: Amazing, when you consider the fairly low number of sagas currently on there! Please, send your own ones in!

Another update: Belisaurius's saga is now up there for all to see. IMO it is one of the most interesting so far...at least to me. ^_^
