Is it cracked, snapped, not aligned correctly, etc.? "Water comes out when its pumped and trigger doesnt work" sounds like the leaking from the nozzle when pumping problem, but you didn't say where it leaks so I have no idea. Broken trigger springs follow the same procedure as the leaking from nozzle when pumping page.
