UserID: 320 | Re: CPS 2000? If you are willing to replace it, it sounds like a good deal. I suppose if you're willing to put in the time to locate and fix the leak, go for it. Then again, it could just be something as simple as a slightly detached rubber bladder. I guess there's no way to know unless you buy it.

UserID: 576 | Re: CPS 2000? Yup, go for it. Funny thing is, there's no pressurized air in the CPS 2000. That means water itself is leaking out, and I'm surprised the owner hasn't noticed that leak. Maybe water is seeping through the check valves or pressure release valves back to the reservoir.

While this could mean that water could leak out, it also could mean that, depending on the severity of the leak, only air leaks out. Air molecules are smaller than water and therefore would have an easier time to leak out. Regardless, the method to find the leak it too fill it with air and submerge it in a full bathtub. Air bubbles should tell you where to go from there.
