You should be able to fetch at least $150-$200 USD, but make sure to have a minimum reserve bid on the item. Shipping an Monster XL is just a matter of finding a large enough box and/or making your own box by patching together cardboard pieces and lots of packing tape. Shipping on something that big would probably add on an additional $30-$50 depending on where it is going to.

Welcome to SSC!

Last summer and this winter I did some research on selling water guns on eBay: http://www.sscentral.org/market/ebay.html

You'll make twice as much money in the mid-summer months than you will during the mid-winter months on average with a Monster XL. The average price as about $155 including shipping. If you list NIB you might expect more than that, but I haven't sold on eBay so I don't know.

Some other people might have some more specific tips for selling.

I would take this, however I dont have any money right now, and am saving for a cps 2000....what were you looking to get him, maybe we could trade?

Yes, they would. Sometimes they'll even be willing to pay the cost of getting it shipped overseas, so make sure you offer it to overseas bidders and offer a decent range of shipping options. Some will be happy to pay the lower surface mail rate, others will pay extra for air mail.

I'd personally look to sell it sometime in May, if it were mine.
